Scarborough Ontario Health Team (SOHT) launches recruitment for primary care providers to join the Governance of Scarborough’s Primary Care Network (PCN)
Scarborough, ON — The Scarborough Ontario Health Team (SOHT) is pleased to announce the launch of its recruitment campaign for 10 primary care providers to express their interest in becoming a member of the Primary Care Network (PCN) Governance Structure. These individuals will play a critical role in contributing to driving population health outcomes and being the voice of primary care in Scarborough.
This initiative marks a key milestone in advancing SOHT’s 2025–2028 Strategic Direction, focused on primary care transformation, integrated services, and inclusive governance.
Key Dates:
- Deadline to Apply: Monday, October 27, by 5:00 PM
- Interview Period: Weeks of November 17 and 24
- Onboarding: Weeks of November 27 and December 3
Interested applicants are invited to submit an Expression of Interest outlining their qualifications and motivation, along with a CV, to: ScarboroughOHT@shn.ca with the subject line “PCN Governance”.
